Q: How can KAIL Hospitality Consulting help my business?
A: To put it simply, sometimes you just need another set of eyes. Maybe your restaurant is losing money, but you can’t pinpoint the exact cause; or perhaps your operation is so busy you haven’t had time to put the right systems in place for everything to run smoothly and efficiently.
Our advisors can help with any aspect of your restaurant operation and provide you with ways to grow the business, reduce costs, and fix those difficult management issues.

Q: What does it cost me for the initial consultation of my business?
A: It costs you nothing. It is FREE.
Q: If I request a FREE consultation, is there any obligation on my part?
A: No

Q: What kind of consulting do you conduct?
A: Onsite consulting, telephone coaching, hourly and long-term projects.
Q: How does the process work?
A: From 20 minutes to an hour depending upon the size of your business. The FREE consultation is so that we can learn about your restaurant and determine what your core needs are. After our initial consultation, we will create a proposal with our recommendations.
Q: Can I get a list of contacts from other companies you have done business with?
A: NO. As per our Confidentiality Agreement, we do not share our client lists, venture deals, names, or contact information unless a company gives us the use of their logo to post.
Q: What are your fees for the consulting services?
A: Every project is different and has its own circumstances. We cannot provide a quote or an estimate unless we know your exact needs and requirements. The first step is to contact us for your FREE analysis and discussion. We have a budget for everyone.
Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: Each project is different and requires a differing set of circumstances and a different guarantee to make all parties satisfied, however, we will formulate an Agreement prior to starting any project that clearly spells out what you want and what we expect to give you and then we will GUARANTEE that we will deliver on our work.

Q: When can we schedule my FREE initial assessment?
A: That will depend on our availability. We schedule everything on a first-come, first-served basis. E-mail us to schedule a mutually convenient time.
Q: Where are you located and how do you work with clients outside the city?
A: We are located in Copenhagen, but we work mostly with small businesses and restaurants in greater Copenhagen. We will happily travel to you anywhere in Scandinavia and Europe.
